Overseas Network, March 8th. Due to disputes over India's agricultural reform law, farmers’ protests have been going on for more than 100 days.

According to "India Today" reports, on the evening of the 7th local time, gunshots sounded near the protest site in Haryana, India.

In a few hours from this location, hundreds of female farmers will hold a tractor parade here to celebrate International Women’s Day.

According to reports, witnesses said that they saw four men driving near the protest site, firing three shots into the air, and then drove away.

The police said they suspected that these criminals were from Punjab because their license plates belonged to the state.

Since November 25, 2020, out of dissatisfaction with the Agricultural Reform Law, farmers from Punjab and Haryana have started to go to the capital New Delhi to demand the abolition of the law.
