　　According to the announced schedule, the Fourth Session of the 13th National People's Congress held a representative group meeting on the morning of the 9th to review the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress; the second meeting of the presidium was held at 11 o'clock.

　　In the afternoon, a representative group meeting was held to deliberate the draft decision on amending the National People’s Congress Organic Law, the draft decision on amending the rules of procedure of the National People’s Congress, the revised draft decision on improving the election system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the work report of the Supreme People’s Court, and the work of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. Report: The Constitution and Law Committee deliberated on the draft decision on amending the NPC Organic Law, the draft decision on amending the rules of procedure of the National People’s Congress, the revised draft decision on improving the election system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the report on the amendments and the draft decision were voted on draft.
