The clash between Paris SG and Lille will be on display in the knockout stages of the Coupe de France, according to the draw made on Monday which also sends Lyon to the field of Red Star, a third division club in the Paris region.
The meetings are scheduled for April 6 and 7, a date coinciding with the quarter-finals of the Champions League that could play PSG.
In case of European qualification of the Parisians, Wednesday against FC Barcelona, the reception of Lille would be brought forward to March 17.
Regardless of the date, this Coupe de France shock promises to be hotly contested between LOSC, current Ligue 1 leader, and PSG, which is behind him two points in the standings.
Third member of the current podium, OL will travel to the Bauer stadium in Saint-Ouen to challenge the Red Star (N1), stunning Saturday against Lens.
AS Monaco, winner in Nice on Monday evening, will host Metz.
Montpellier will go to the Voltigeurs de Châteaubriant (N2), the last representative of Loire-Atlantique, while Angers will move to Sedan, another formation of the 4th division.
Le petit poucet Saumur will welcome Toulouse, the only survivor of Ligue 2, in Maine-et-Loire.
