"The support decree will provide for interventions calibrated on the economic damage actually suffered, taking as a reference an entire annuity and not individual monthly payments". Sources from the Ministry of Economic Development clarify this, adding that "other interpretations, such as that of the two months 2020 for the calculation of damages, are misleading and without foundation".
