Dresden (dpa / sn) - At the beginning of the new week, Saxony, like other federal states, is lifting some restrictions in the corona pandemic.
“We enable gradual easing, but always with an emergency brake.
Principle: open and test, ”said Health Minister Petra Köpping (SPD) at the presentation of the new protection ordinance, which is valid until March 31.
In principle, Saxony follows the most recent agreement between the federal and state governments.
However, openings are linked to comprehensive test obligations.
Recently, however, the weekly incidence in the Free State has risen: on Sunday, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) stated the value with almost 82 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within one week, after 78 the day before.
Nationwide, Saxony is one of the states with the highest infection rate - on a par with Saxony-Anhalt and behind Thuringia.
In Germany, the incidence value is currently around 66.
In general, the following applies from Monday: A household may meet members of another household in public and in private rooms.
A maximum of five people are allowed at meetings.
Children under the age of 15 do not count.
The previous exit restrictions will be lifted and the night curfew will no longer apply.

From March 15th, all employees and self-employed persons with direct customer contact are obliged to take a test once a week.
Employers have to organize this for their employees free of charge.
Bookstores, tree nurseries, garden centers, hardware stores and flower shops are now part of the basic supply and are allowed to reopen with a hygiene concept and with a limited number of customers.
The same applies to driving schools.
A weekly test of the staff and a daily test of the customers are also required here.
FURTHER RELAXATION depends on the seven-day incidence - the number of new infections per 100,000 population within a week.
In addition, a maximum of 1300 normal beds in the hospitals may be occupied by corona patients.
For easing, the incidence of 100, 50 and 35 must be undercut for five days in a row both nationally and in the respective district or the district-free city.
On Sunday, two districts were above the critical 100 mark: the Vogtlandkreis (243) and the Northern Saxony district (112).
The incidence of infections is lowest in Leipzig with 49 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days.
"In the coming week we will review how we can responsibly but quickly relax existing restrictions and return to a more normal situation in cautious steps," announced Leipzig's Mayor Burkhard Jung (SPD).
Until then, the citizens would have to adhere to the previous rules.

INCIDENCE UNDER 100: “Click & Meet” in retail and wholesale is possible with an appointment booking and a limited number of customers.
Shops with “body-friendly services” such as cosmetic and tattoo studios are allowed to open;
the staff has to be tested every week and customers have to submit a daily test.
Individual sports “alone, in pairs and in groups of up to 20 children” in the fresh air are permitted.
From March 15, botanical gardens, zoos, museums, galleries and memorials can be visited again if an appointment has been booked.
If the seven-day incidence does not increase for another 14 days, a new level of easing will take effect starting March 22nd.
This applies to outdoor catering if you make an appointment.
If several households are sitting at one table, a daily quick test or self-test is necessary.
Cinemas, theaters, opera and concert halls and dance schools are open again for those with a corona test.
Libraries are also reopening.
Sports can then also be played in the hall - if the test is negative.
INCIDENCE UNDER 50: Then the opening of the retail and wholesale trade with a limited number of customers as well as "non-contact sport" in groups of up to 20 people in the outdoor area is permitted.
You no longer need to make an appointment for botanical gardens, zoos, museums, galleries and memorials.
If the incidence does not increase for two more weeks, you can go back to beer gardens and outside restaurants without an appointment or test.
For visitors to cinemas, theaters, opera and concert halls, the test requirement will then no longer apply.

INCIDENCE UNDER 35: Contact restrictions are relaxed.
Up to three households with a maximum of ten people can then meet.
Children under 15 are not considered.
WHEN WILL THE REGULATIONS BE STRENGTHENED AGAIN?
If the weekly incidence is exceeded on three consecutive days, loosening will gradually become obsolete.
WHAT APPLIES TO THE SCHOOL?
After the pupils in the final classes and the primary level, everyone else is allowed to take part in face-to-face classes.
The special schools open on March 10th, the rest from March 15th. From then on, tests are compulsory for students and staff.
Almost all students must wear a medical mask both on the school premises and in the building if a distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained.
Daycare centers and schools close again when the seven-day incidence of 100 in a region is exceeded for five days.
