According to experts, in general, the top 20 popular air destinations in Russia are quite stable.

Nevertheless, there is an increase in interest in flights from Moscow to Makhachkala and Volgograd - their positions have become significantly higher in the overall ranking compared to last winter (2019-2020).

So, the interest in flights to Volgograd has doubled, and to Makhachkala - by a third.

In addition, analysts of Tutu.ru talked about the dynamics of prices for air tickets in the winter seasons of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

“The average check for a flight across Russia in winter was 6252 rubles per one-way ticket, which is 9% less than a year earlier, when an average of 6861 rubles was paid for a ticket,” the experts stated.

At the same time, they noted that the largest decrease in the price of the average check among the routes from the top 20 list was recorded on the directions Moscow - Novosibirsk (- 36%), Moscow - St. Petersburg (- 29%), Moscow - Yekaterinburg (- 28%) and Moscow - Volgograd (-28%).

At the same time, prices for air tickets from Moscow to Simferopol, on the contrary, have grown over the year - a flight from the capital to Crimea this winter cost Russians 6% more than a year earlier.

Also, prices for tickets from Moscow to Sochi increased by 5% and by 4% from Moscow to Krasnodar, as well as to Makhachkala and Murmansk.
