07 March 2021Families out for a walk, groups of friends and young couples filled the embankment of the Navigli in Milan also to have lunch with take-away food or to dedicate themselves to amateur fishing.

The aperitif time then attracted many young people to the Navigli.

It was therefore necessary to block the access points to the Darsena to avoid gatherings after what happened last weekend in the last days of the yellow zone.

Despite the massive presence of the police, social distancing has not always been respected, with small groups of people sitting along the embankment at close range.

The police, also present in the other key points of the city, were ready to limit the entrances in order to avoid gatherings.

There are also strict controls on the use of masks: the police who preside over the dock warn anyone who does not wear them correctly.

The first weekend in the orange zone has not even stopped shopping.

Many those who took advantage of the day to stroll in via Torino, in corso Vittorio Emanuele and in Piazza Duomo, always controlled by the police.
