France: deputy and businessman Olivier Dassault dies in the crash of his helicopter

Olivier Dassault died Sunday in a helicopter crash.

Member of the Oise, he was the grandson of Marcel Dassault, the founder of the company Dassault aviation.

He was 69 years old.

It was in the crash of the helicopter in which he was seated that Olivier Dassault died on Sunday evening.

The accident happened around 6 p.m. near Deauville in Calvados.

Sources close to the investigation, the pilot of the aircraft also died in the accident, there was no one else on board.

Son of Serge Dassault and grandson of Marcel Dassault, he was the heir of one of the most famous French aviation groups founded after the war and in which he had exercised responsibilities, in particular as director of strategy civilian planes.

He was one of the greatest French fortunes.
