It is noted that “the second earthquake occurred at 06:04 local time (04:04 Moscow time), its epicenter was in the Kadamjai region of Kyrgyzstan, not far from the border with the Fergana region of Uzbekistan (40.24 degrees north latitude, 71.88 degrees east longitude) 252 km south-east of Tashkent ”.
