Magdeburg (dpa / sa) - After the announcement of further easing of the corona lockdown in Saxony-Anhalt, the new rules are being worked on until the end.

On Friday evening, the new containment ordinance was still being processed, as a spokeswoman for the responsible Ministry of Health said.

The finished version should be signed and approved by the individual ministers at the weekend by means of a written circulation procedure.

It is likely that the rules that apply from Monday will not be published until Sunday with all the details.

The federal and state governments agreed on a new timetable on Wednesday, which provides for further openings from Monday every two weeks if the number of infections increases accordingly.

As long as Saxony-Anhalt registers fewer than 100 new corona cases per 100,000 inhabitants and week, according to previous announcements, cosmetics, nail and tattoo studios, for example, should be allowed to reopen from Monday.

Retailers can serve customers in small groups in their stores if they have booked an appointment in advance.

Museums could also receive visitors again after booking online tickets in advance.

In addition, Saxony-Anhalt wants to loosen the contact rules significantly.

Instead of one household and one person, a household should in future be allowed to meet a maximum of five other people from a second household.

Saxony-Anhalt continues to be one of the most heavily polluted federal states.

The Robert Koch Institute reports around 85 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants per week.

This means that the state is not far from the 100 mark, above which, according to the federal-state resolution, no further easing should be possible.
