“The self-isolation regime for people over 65 has been canceled; sick leave for this category of residents of Karelia will not be extended after March 5,” the statement says.

It is noted that at the moment in the region there is an active campaign to vaccinate people and, in particular, senior citizens.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin canceled the mandatory self-isolation regime due to coronavirus for people over 65 and with chronic diseases.
