Aue (dpa) - Hannover 96 also missed a win in the fourth game in a row.

The team of coach Kenan Kocak separated 1: 1 (0: 1) from Erzgebirge Aue in the 2nd Bundesliga on Saturday and did not manage to move up to the leading group of the league.

Philipp Ochs shot Lower Saxony in the lead in the 24th minute.

Pascal Testroet equalized in the 64th minute and secured a point for the Auern in their 500th second division game.

The guests were the more active team in the first round and earned the lead at break.

Ochs had scored 0: 1 from around 25 meters after Testroet had played the ball right in front of the goalscorer's feet when trying to clear a corner.

Florian Krüger missed the only opportunity for the Saxons, who failed in the 12th minute from a tight angle to 96 goalkeeper Michael Esser.

After the break, Aue got stronger and equalized in the 64th minute.

After a pass from Steve Breitkreuz, striker Testroet prevailed vigorously in the penalty area and scored with a low shot to make it 1-1.

Substitute Florent Muslija gave Hannover a big chance in the 88th minute, but Aue's goalkeeper Martin Männel parried with a strong reflex.
