He pointed out that he suffers from health problems in the nerves of the legs, and he cannot stand well, and he does not have a stable source of income other than selling fruits, confirming to the Egyptian newspaper that President Sisi promised to treat him and provide him with all health and social care, and he is currently conducting a number of x-rays and analyzes at Dar Al Shifa Hospital He explained that there is a delegate from the Presidency of the Republic who is following his case step by step.

Egyptian media published a video for a moment when Sisi stopped his car in front of a fruit seller, and the seller expressed his great happiness at seeing Sisi and said to him: "My love, Mr. President, you are the most beautiful thing I have seen."

Al-Sisi opened the door of his car while talking to the seller, who rushed to collect various kinds of fruits to give to the Egyptian president.

After the vendor finished collecting the fruit, Sisi told him, "Tell me what I want," and Sisi tilted his head to agree to the seller's request for treatment at the state's expense, telling him several times, "Every need is for salvation."
