The deputy also added that in all the documents of the Minsk negotiation process, it is the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics that are indicated as the parties with whom it is necessary to negotiate.
“With the arrival of Kravchuk, the rhetoric in the Minsk talks has changed: in the contact group, Ukraine constantly insists that Russia is a party to the conflict and Ukraine will not talk about anything and agree with the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, despite the fact that the representatives of Russia have repeatedly and even the OSCE representatives pointed out that in the Minsk agreements there is no mention of Russia as a party to the conflict at all, ”Berdichevsky stressed.
Earlier, Kravchuk said that Kiev will take "radical steps" if Russia does not recognize itself as a party to the conflict in Donbass.
