Weimar (dpa / th) - A kitchen fire caused damage of around 40,000 euros in Weimar.
According to the tenant, the kettle caught fire on Thursday, as the police reported on Friday.
You then left the apartment and informed the fire department.
According to the first findings of the fire brigade, water was probably boiled in a pot.
Presumably there was also a kitchen towel on the stove, which caught fire.
The woman was taken to hospital on suspicion of smoke inhalation.
The apartment was badly affected by soot deposits, it said.
