“Based on the results of the first inspections, no signs of an explosion or fire were found in the area of the wreckage,” the statement said.
At the same time, according to meteorological data, in the area of the helicopter crash before its takeoff, no weather conditions were recorded that could negatively affect the flight.
“According to preliminary information, the accident occurred as a result of a sharp change in weather conditions in the region,” the department noted.
The final results will be announced after a technical examination at the crash site.
