  It is understood that the touring works are based on the theme of "Tang Dynasty Mural Culture" and contain many national treasure-level murals, including the famous murals of the tomb of Prince Zhanghuai, the tomb of Prince Yide, and the tomb of Princess Yongtai related to Wu Zetian, including "Polo "Pictures", "Quelou Map", "Hunting Trip Map" and so on are all fine works of Tang murals.

  In addition, the exhibition also integrates various exhibits such as images and models to enrich the audience experience; and designs activities such as Tang costume photos and mural copying, allowing the audience to appreciate the murals while also gaining a deeper appreciation of the extraordinary charm of Datang culture.

  The launching ceremony of the day was based on the theme of "Tang Dynasty Tomb Murals Archaeology".

Guests at the Beijing venue handed the scroll of "Tang Dynasty Chang'an City Mural Site" to the "Tang Dynasty Cyclist" in the "Hunting Trip Picture" mural through the screen, and this Datang "courier brother" delivered the scroll thousands of miles away Taipei venue.

After the launching ceremony, guests from both sides of the strait took a "cloud group photo" on the screen.

  Yu Qun, vice chairman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, said that compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait have the same roots, the same language and the same species, and the Tang Dynasty fresco culture is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.

It is hoped that the exhibition tour can build a platform for Taiwan youths to understand and explore the mural culture of the Tang Dynasty and experience the charm of Chinese excellent traditional culture, so as to increase their knowledge, inspire thinking, broaden their horizons, and pursue and create a better future.

  It is understood that the touring exhibition has been held since 2020, and it is the first time that the theme exhibition of the tomb murals of the Tang Dynasty has been exhibited in Taiwan.

The tour exhibition is mainly carried out in Taiwan universities, and has successively entered Taiwan Normal University, Chung Hsing University and Chung Yuan Christian University, and has been favored by Taiwanese university students and people from all walks of life.

The 2021 tour will add five groups of three-dimensional exhibits of representative architectural models of Chang'an City in the Tang Dynasty, including the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, and Xiangluan Pavilion, to further enrich the content of the exhibition.

The follow-up will also tour Yangming Jiaotong University and Yunlin University of Science and Technology, and the event will continue until June this year.
