(dpa / lno) - Schleswig-Holstein will keep its three


two-star restaurants.

In the new edition of the Michelin Guide


, the “Meierei Dirk Luther” in Glücksburg near Flensburg, the “Söl'ring Hof” in Rantum on Sylt and the “Courtier” in Wangels in the Ostholstein district defended the coveted award, as did the Michelin Guide on Announced Friday.

There are also nine one-star restaurants in the north.

These are the Lübeck restaurant “Wullenwever”, the restaurant “Alt Wyk” in Wyk auf Föhr, the “Ahlmanns” in Kiel, the Sylt houses “KAI3” in Hörnum and “BODENDORF'S” in Tinnum, the “Ole Liese - Restaurant 1797” in Panker (Plön district), the «DiVa» restaurant in Scharbeutz and the


«Orangery» and the «Balthazar» in Timmendorfer Strand.

The "Balthazar" moved from Lübeck to Timmendorfer Strand in summer 2020.

The Michelin Guide lists a total of 310 gourmet restaurants in Germany in 2021.

The Michelin Guide goes on sale on March 10th.

The first Michelin stars in Germany were awarded in 1966.
