The Houthi military spokesman said that the group had targeted important sites at King Khalid Air Base and Abha International Airport in Saudi Arabia with three drones.

On the other hand, Saudi media said that the kingdom's air defenses intercepted an explosive drone launched by the Houthis towards Khamis Mushait, in the south of the country.

Yesterday evening, the Saudi state television reported that the Saudi-Emirati coalition destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the Houthis towards Jizan, in the south of the Kingdom.

Earlier on Thursday, the Houthis said they fired a missile at a Saudi Aramco facility in the Red Sea city of Jeddah.

The Houthi’s military spokesman, Yahya Saree, announced yesterday in a tweet on Twitter that “Saudi Aramco was targeted in Jeddah at dawn on Thursday with a winged missile, Quds 2, and the hit was accurate.”

Several areas in Saudi Arabia are constantly exposed to ballistic missiles and explosive drones launched from Yemen at its airports and oil installations.
