“Make a decision to transfer self-isolation for those who are 65+ and people suffering from chronic diseases from a mandatory regime to a recommendatory regime and unblock social cards,” the statement said.
It is clarified that the decision will come into force on March 8.
The cards will be unblocked on the same day.
At the same time, he urged people from these risk categories to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or to refrain from traveling for now.
Earlier, the authorities of the Chelyabinsk region decided to extend the self-isolation regime for citizens over 65 years old until March 21 due to the situation with the coronavirus.
