The electoral campaign for the legislative elections of this Saturday, March 6 in Côte d'Ivoire ended Thursday at midnight.

For a week, election posters flourished everywhere, caravans crisscrossed the roads and campaign meetings were innumerable.

And so far, everything has gone without violence.

During this campaign

, all parties urged their militants to keep calm, not to give in to possible provocations from the adversaries.

At the RHDP, the executive director Adama Bictogo has increased the number of trips to support the candidates of his camp.

The party in power has not skimped on the means.

He lines up contenders in each constituency.

It must be said that another heavyweight, Hamed Bakayoko, on whom the RHDP counted to campaign, is in France where he has been receiving treatment since February 18.

The PDCI remains vigilant

Another absent yet omnipresent in the countryside:

His supporters, allied with the PDCI in many constituencies, insisted that the former president would return very soon and that he should be offered a victory as a welcome gift.

It is also a way of galvanizing their voters.

For its part, the PDCI keeps in mind the incidents that punctuated the

2018 municipal and regional elections

and remains suspicious.

He called on his activists to be vigilant, saying they feared possible incidents on voting day.

The result of these legislative elections will be decisive for the fate of our country

The branch of the FPI which he chairs calls on its activists to "
