According to a Fraport spokesman, information that leads to the clarification of this offense and a final conviction of the perpetrators will be rewarded with up to 5000 euros.

The police are investigating the dangerous interference in air traffic, which is punishable by a prison sentence of up to ten years.

In the early evening hours, witnesses had seen a group of people with bicycles in the area of ​​the southern end of the runway west, according to the investigation so far.

It was observed that a drone rose from this group.
