Covid-19: Unicef warns about school dropouts in Latin America and the Caribbean

Unicef presented a report this Wednesday in New York which shows a catastrophic situation in the world in terms of education since the start of the pandemic.
According to Unicef, more than 168 million children have been deprived of schools for almost a year.
Two thirds of the countries where this situation has been observed are in Latin America or the Caribbean.
That is, 98 million students in this part of the world have been deprived of school for almost a year.
