Connect Apple TV to WiFi: this is how it works
Apple TV uses WiFi to load content.
To set up the set-top box accordingly, you should first supply the device with power and connect it to the television or monitor via the HDMI connection.
Then use the remote control of your TV with the Source button to select the HDMI connection to switch to Apple TV.
