Frankfurt / Baiersbronn (dpa / lsw) - More than a year after the devastating fire, the "Schwarzwaldstube" in Baiersbronn (Freudenstadt district) has its three Michelin stars back.

The “temporaire - Schwarzwaldstube” restaurant - an interim solution after the fire in January 2020 - is the only new hotel to be included in the top category in the “Guide Michelin” published in Frankfurt on Friday.

The traditional house, which was able to decorate itself with three stars for more than 20 years in a row, was revoked after the fire.

The neighboring “Köhlerstube”, which also fell victim to the flames, received another star with its interim solution.

The new headquarters should be completed in early 2022.

According to the information, the “Goldberg” in Fellbach (Rems-Murr district) and the “Ösch Noir” in Donaueschingen (Schwarzwald-Baar district) were each awarded a second star.

The “Bareiss” restaurant in Baiersbronn is still a three-star address.
