Kasendorf (dpa / lby) - When oil tanks were dismantled in a house in Upper Franconia, there was a deflagration on Wednesday.
The two workers were lucky: They were not injured and were only taken to hospital with suspected smoke inhalation, the police said on Thursday.
According to this, a 46-year-old wanted to split open oil tanks with a Flex in his mother's house with a friend.
The flying sparks were probably the trigger for the deflagration.
There was no explosion.
The voluntary fire brigade secured the scene of the fire.
There was minor property damage.
