"Yesterday the Duke of Edinburgh underwent a successful procedure for a chronic heart problem," Sky News reported.
As noted, he will remain in the hospital for several days for treatment, rest and recuperation.
In February, Prince Philip was hospitalized as a precautionary measure after feeling unwell.
On March 1, it was reported that he was transferred to another hospital, where he will continue treatment for the infection.
