It is understood that in 2019, led by the Political and Legal Committee of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, coordinated the organization of provincial political and legal units, fully learned from the advanced experience of other provinces, combined with the law enforcement and judicial practice of Gansu Province, and initially established the Unicom Public, Procuratorate, Law, and Department in 2020. Their respective case handling systems cover the online case handling platforms for the main coordinated business of criminal cases handled by political and legal units.
In June 2020, five cities including Lanzhou, Jiuquan, Zhangye, Jinchang, and Tianshui took the lead in piloting collaborative case handling platforms.

More than 90% of the 6 types of trials have been tested.
