On January 4 this year, in order to rescue the children who fell into the ice cave, he died heroically, only 41 years old.

On March 3, Razzini Bayka was posthumously awarded the title of "Model of the Times" by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

　　Lazini Baika comes from a heroic family of three generations who have guarded the border for 70 years.

　　The southeastern part of the Pamirs is covered with snow all year round, the oxygen content is less than half of the plain area, and the minimum temperature is minus 40 degrees Celsius.

The natural environment is very harsh, but geographical location is extremely important.

In December 1949, after the establishment of the border defense company of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Khunjerab, Lazini's grandfather, Kelidibek Dilidal, volunteered to serve as a guide for the company for 23 years.

He couldn't walk anymore. Razini's father, Bayika Kelidibek, took over the "baton", which lasted 36 years.

He followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, voluntarily serving as a patrol guide for the company.

He often said: "If there is no boundary monument of the motherland, there can be no cattle and sheep. Protecting the country is the glory of our family!"

Bayika Kelidibek has passed by the god of death more than 50 times.

Lazini was also hit by gravel while patrolling the side, and blood was flowing. He reluctantly continued to explore the road for two hours to find the Shek Pik Road to ensure that the officers and soldiers passed safely.

On another occasion, he took off his clothes and tied a knot to rescue a soldier who had fallen into a snow cave.

The soldier was saved, but Lazini was unconscious from the cold.

He once encouraged himself in his own poem "South Lake", "The spirit of my grandfather and father inspired me to fly like an eagle"; former colleagues also made peace in the memorial poem, "Please take our thoughts and continue to fly." ...

　　Perhaps compared with his grandfather and father, Lazini Bayka is more responsible.

Since he was elected to the National People's Congress in 2018, he has submitted more than ten proposals, most of which are related to border protection.

　　Under his rush, these suggestions quickly got the attention of relevant departments.

The number of border guards has increased, the treatment has been improved, and the border infrastructure has been greatly improved.

The ancestors took cement, paint and naan on the road, "patrolling side by side, communication by roaring", now the patrol team is equipped with patrol cars, walkie-talkies, satellite phones, etc., and duty rooms have been built on the patrol line.

After receiving a call from a herder for help, he drove the herder's mother who was suffering from a sudden illness to the county hospital for medical treatment and stayed with the elderly until he recovered. "There are too many stories like this."
