As Putin noted, the volunteer movement includes people of different views and, getting into political structures, they will be carriers of different approaches to solving problems.
He stressed that it is necessary to give an opportunity for persons of different persuasions to be in power, "in order to find the most acceptable solutions in the course of an open, honest, but not destructive struggle of opinions in order for the country to move forward."
Earlier, the Russian leader thanked the volunteers helping Russians during the coronavirus pandemic.
