this Thursday evening.
"We blocked traffic between 4 pm and 6 pm, on the quays and on the bridge, in both directions" indicate the Gironde firefighters.
The gas leak was stopped by Regaz Bordeaux - which manages the distribution of gas in the metropolis - which intervened on the spot.
The firefighters, however, remain on site this Thursday evening, to carry out reconnaissance in the technical rooms of the bridge, where there are in particular electric cables.
"We want to ensure that there is no longer any risk", indicate the emergency services.
