Munich (dpa / lby) - Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger (Free Voters) also wants to create opportunities for “free testing” in areas with a seven-day incidence of more than 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants.

It is hoped that this will be possible after March 22, Aiwanger said on Thursday after a meeting of the Bavarian cabinet.

Aiwanger said that the subject of testing could still have a “greater impact”.

"That is hope, it has yet to be decided in Berlin," said the minister.
