The bus driver was detained as part of a criminal investigation initiated by the police under Part 5 of Art.
264 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence").
Earlier it was reported that the driver and passenger were killed in an accident involving passenger buses in Kamchatka.
