A ripped sofa in the living room, torn electrical outlets, cat poop everywhere and even a kitten lost in a cellar filled with waste ... The owner of a house in Audincourt, in the Doubs, has just found its property in a deplorable state, reports

For months, she had been fighting for her tenants, a family with five children who hadn't paid their rent for over a year, to be evicted.

Justice proved her right and the fifty-year-old now hopes, without having too many illusions, to recover the 4,000 euros in unpaid rents to which are added "1,296 euros in bailiff fees".

Above all, she will have to repair everything.

“I bought [this house] on my own with my small salary.

I was proud of it all the more with my parents, it took us six months to renovate it, ”she laments to the regional daily, now speaking of a“ slum ”.
