The International Criminal Court Announces a Formal Investigation into Israel’s "War Crimes", Palestine and Israel have spoken out separately

On March 3, local time, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the Netherlands, announced a formal investigation into Israel’s “war crimes”.

The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court stated that there are "reasonable grounds" for conducting war crimes investigations into Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip and settlement activities in the West Bank.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu immediately criticized the decision of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. Netanyahu said that this decision was "hypocrisy and anti-Semitism."

He said that the International Criminal Court is biased against Israel, and the court set up to prevent the recurrence of Nazi atrocities against the Jewish people is now opposing the Jewish people.

We can only do one thing, and that is to fight for the truth until this shameful decision of the International Criminal Court is overturned.

The Palestinian Authority welcomed the decision of the International Criminal Court on the same day (3rd).

The Palestinian Authority said in a statement that it would be willing to provide any necessary assistance to the investigation of the International Criminal Court.

At the same time, the Palestinian Hamas armed forces that control the Gaza Strip also welcomed the investigation decision of the International Criminal Court.
