March 03, 2021At least eight people were stabbed in Vetlanda, Sweden, in what police believe is "a terrorist attack".



The attack was allegedly carried out by a man armed with a knife in the city center. From the Vetlanda police it is learned that some of the injured people are in serious condition. Some of the injured were


taken to hospital by ambulance. Police spokeswoman Angelica Israelsson Sillfver reported this, according to local media reports.



The author of the gesture, a man with an apparent age of around twenty, was allegedly hit by the agents and transported to the hospital.



The police are treating what happened as a suspected terrorist attack.
