In the United States, the Golden Globes were also held remotely.

Netflix has carved out the lion's share by winning 10 statuettes with its series "The Crown" and "The Lady's Game".

The Golden Globes for Best Actor went to Chadwick Boseman, who died last year of cancer at the age of 43, for "The Blues of Ma Rainey" available on the Netflix platform.

Filmmaker Chloé Zhao was named best director for “Nomadland”, which also won the Golden Globe for best film.

Out of competition at the Berlinale, “Designated Guilty” by Kevin McDonald stood out, along with French Tahar Rahim, nominated for the Golden Globes for his role as a prisoner of Guantanamo accused of terrorism.

Finally, the “Best of Doc # 2” operation presents its selection of the 10 best documentaries of 2019 and 2020. The films can be viewed on the 25eHeure.com and la-toile-vod.com websites.
