Away from the details of the "Barsaget" scandal that sent a number of Barcelona club officials into prison, including former president Josep Maria Bartomeu, a young man of Moroccan origin made the event after he alone had his first photo of Bartomeu outside prison.

Yesterday, Tuesday, a Spanish court ruled Bartomeu’s release, one day after his arrest in investigations relating to allegations of mismanagement and corruption.

Bartomeu was among 4 people arrested by police.

After leaving the police station, Bartomeu appeared in a short video clip with a fan, and the clip was widely spread and shared on various social media platforms, which prompted Spanish media to search for the identity of its owner.

The Spanish newspaper MARCA said that the videographer was a young man of Moroccan origin named Mohamed, and quoted him as saying in radio statements that he was detained in the same police station where Bartomeu spent his night.

The young man explained that he was surprised when he came out and went to collect his personal belongings in two people in uniform in an adjacent room, and he later learned that Bartomeu was one of them.

He described the young Bartomeu as in good shape, and said, "He was more refreshing than ever."

Regarding the reason for his presence in the police station, Mohamed said that he was arrested because of his participation in the protests taking place in Barcelona against the prison of rapper Pablo Hassel.

The authorities accuse Hassel of glorifying terrorism and insulting the royal family, and his prison sentence on February 16 sparked protests - sometimes violent - in Barcelona and Madrid.
