03 March 2021 The Ravenna Police during the night carried out a precautionary custody order in prison against two men, under investigation in competition for the aggravated murder of Ilenia Fabbri, which took place in Faenza (Ravenna) on 6 February last.
The investigation, coordinated by the Ravenna prosecutor's office and carried out by the policemen of the Ravenna mobile squad and the Operational Central Service of Rome, made it possible to acquire serious circumstantial elements against the ex-husband and an acquaintance of his, considered respectively principal and executor murder material.
The motive for the crime would be attributable to the deep hatred that the man felt towards his ex-wife because of her economic claims.
