She takes action against this restriction by the city of Mannheim at the Administrative Court.
She had brought the aggressive big dog from France.

The woman from Mannheim was unreasonable, so the authorities took the animal away from her to avert danger.
The dog was put to sleep.
The city then issued a ban on keeping large dogs for women.
It is still unclear whether the 4th Senate of the Mannheim court (file number: 4 S 1842/19) will come to a judgment on Wednesday.
