Various aids available

To carry out these projects, there are various aids.

MaPrimeRénov 'Copropriété is valid for all work on the common parts of the condominiums, with a view to achieving at least 35% energy savings.

It covers 25% of the cost of the work and is capped at € 3,750 per accommodation.

If the project concerns buildings in classes F or G or if it allows to reach classes A or B, a bonus of 500 euros per accommodation is possible.


Individuals are not left out.

Since October 1, 2020, MaPrimeRénov 'has been accessible to all owners, regardless of their financial situation and their occupation status.

It makes it possible to finance the work of an individual house or an apartment in collective housing up to a limit of € 20,000 and over a maximum of 5 years.

It can be combined with other aid such as Energy Saving Certificates (EEC), aid from local authorities and those from Action Logement.

“We have to go quickly because MaPrimeRénov 'is part of the recovery plan, but it is not eternal.

We know the framework until 2022. Better to do it as long as there is this incentive rather than when it will be compulsory, ”warns Raphaël Claustre.
