China Overseas Chinese Network, March 2 According to a report compiled by the South American Overseas Chinese News Network, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance of Guatemala recently issued the latest entry regulations, which clearly stipulated the certification materials required to enter Guatemala.

According to the new entry regulations issued by MSPAS, all passengers entering from La Aurora International Airport and Maya World International Airport do not need to fill in health passes.

Guatemala’s "Press Liberty" reported on February 28 that a health pass is a form that passengers need to fill out before boarding. It includes flight information, passenger personal information, travel information, health history, and symptom assessment.

All passengers need to carry a nucleic acid test or a negative result of a new coronavirus antigen test within 72 hours.

If a passenger has contracted new coronary pneumonia in the past 3 months, they must present a medical certificate stating their treatment time and recovery date.

If the passenger is vaccinated with the new crown vaccine, it is necessary to show proof that two doses have been completed, and the time for the last dose to be given must be at least 2 weeks before entering Guatemala.

The above requirements apply to all passengers aged 10 and above.

Regarding entry prevention measures, MSPAS stipulates that all passengers over the age of 2 must wear masks correctly and receive temperature monitoring at the point of entry.

The Guatemalan authorities will keep the personal information of all travelers so that they can be tracked accordingly when needed.

In addition, MSPAS emphasized that the materials required for passengers arriving from land are the same as those for passengers arriving from the airport.
