The president (ex-LR) of Ile-de-France Valérie Pécresse, a potential right-wing candidate for the presidential election, is racing ahead against her rivals for the regional elections, according to an Ifop poll published on Tuesday.

In the first round, Ms. Pécresse, supported by Les Républicains and the UDI, is well ahead of her rivals since she is credited with 33% of the voting intentions, according to this poll commissioned by her Free movement!

and published Tuesday by the JDD.

The RN list led by Jordan Bardella, who announced Monday his candidacy for the regional of June 13 and 20, would obtain 15% of the vote, while Audrey Pulvar would collect 13% at the head of a PS / radical left party list.

A majority list (LREM / Modem / Agir) led by Laurent Saint-Martin would also obtain 13% of the votes, ahead of Julien Bayou (11%) at the head of an EELV / Generations list.

Clémentine Autain (LFI / PCF) is credited with 10% of the votes.

All these lists would then theoretically be able to hold on to the second round, with 10% of the vote in the first.

In the event of a union of the left (PS / LFI / PCF / EELV), Ms. Pécresse, whose name is regularly put forward to defend the right in 2022, would also win, even if the gap narrows: she would obtain 37 % of votes in a quadrangular, against 31% to Audrey Pulvar.

The RN would win 17% of the votes and LREM 15%.

Survey conducted from February 23 to 26 using the quota method, by self-administered online questionnaire, among 1,001 people aged at least 18.

Margin of error between 1.4 and 3.1 points.
