Mönchengladbach (AP) - Even in the event of defeats in the DFB Cup against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday and in the Bundesliga against Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday (3:30 p.m.), Borussia Mönchengladbach's sports director Max Eberl wants to hold on to coach Marco Rose.
"I don't see the reason why it shouldn't work," said Eberl on ARD.
The farewell is in the summer, not now.
Rose leaves the club in the summer and changes to the west rival Borussia Dortmund, which has led to hostility from the Gladbach fans against the coach.
The relationship between coach and team is okay, according to Eberl: “There are no problems at all.
I can feel that, that is what matters.
It works."
The results are missing, which Eberl justifies with the “complicated game plan”.
