He explained that the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation decision regarding employment stability in private sector establishments had a role in solving part of the problem, as it stipulated the need for the employer to gradually take precautionary measures, and apply the work system "remotely" if this is appropriate, and it is not permissible Moving to the second procedure, and reducing the salaries of employees without their consent.
