  Zaparov said that the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Ukraine railway is a national project of Kyrgyzstan, and the main railway line will pass through the southern region of the country.

The railway line will not only connect Central Asian countries, but also promote the interconnection between Asia and Europe. "If we build this railway, it will mean the further development of the Great Silk Road."

  Zaparov also pointed out that the Kyrgyz government will establish a special agency to attract investment and protect the rights and interests of investors.

He emphasized that even if the state changes, investors should be guaranteed to continue to carry out business activities.

  Zaparov also stated that Kyrgyzstan’s parliamentary elections will be held this fall, "We have chosen the presidential system. Therefore, the country will pass a new constitution, and then enact other new laws and hold parliamentary elections."
