Through vigorously promoting the construction of the National People's Congress online learning platform, and holding offline learning classes at appropriate times, the National People's Congress deputies and local People's Congress Standing Committee responsible comrades have been solidly carried out to study work.

　　It is worth mentioning that in the representative learning work carried out by the National People's Congress last year, there was an innovation from scratch-the online academy of the National People's University (hereinafter referred to as the National People's Congress Network Academy).
