According to judicial sources in Kinshasa, it has been about two weeks since this file was sent to the Gombe general prosecutor's office for investigation.

Still, the magistrate who will have to deal with it has not yet received it.

If the military justice has relinquished it, it is because, at this stage, no man in uniform is involved.

Only civilians are under arrest following the investigation carried out by the commission set up: the nephew and pastor of General Kahimbi's wife as well as the lady who had facilitated the hiring of the household's servant. , a servant who has been missing since the general's death.

As

for Kahimbi's wife

and her aunt, they were placed under house arrest a few days after the officer's burial.

All of these people are suspected of murder and complicity in murder.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of the death of General Kahimbi, her younger brother, on behalf of the family, asks the government to clarify the circumstances of this disappearance which, according to her, have not yet been clarified, despite the investigations carried out.
