Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased by 14.3 percent to 215.3 million euros.

The dividend for the past year is to increase by 0.05 to 1.00 euros per share.

BayWa benefited from sustained high demand in all of its segments last year, it said.

Baywa has been planning and building green electricity systems for several years.

The company plans to publish the detailed figures for the past fiscal year on March 25th.
