Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, for the fraternal feelings he expressed in the call he made with the Crown Prince on Sunday.
The "Saudi News" website on Twitter stated that the Emir of Qatar confirmed during the call the State of Qatar's support for Saudi Arabia and everything that would enhance the security and stability of the Kingdom.
The two sides expressed during the call - which dealt with regional and international developments - their keenness to promote joint Arab and Gulf action, according to the Qatar News Agency.
The Gulf Cooperation Council summit - which was held in the Saudi city of Al-Ula early last month - led to the announcement of an end to the Gulf crisis, which lasted more than 3 years.
